Fake SMS about blocking a bank card - short story

Today, faced with an attempt to fraud and a strange reaction to it. If interested, welcome under cat.
In the morning, the phone pleased me with the message:
"/sb.Bank/Your bank card is blocked.
Info ... "
and then the mobile number, not the standard number in this case, 900.
Being the owner of the “sleeping” card of Sberbank, I first of all assumed that Sber blocked it by writing off the balance of the sum for services.
With this, I went to the Sberbank branch, checked the status of the account - it turned out to be positive, and there are no locks at all.
To a simple question, what to do next, I was asked:
- score and continue to not respond to such messages;
- contact the bank support service.

Seeing a fraud attempt, I did not want to score, and, on the assumption that this should at least interest the security service of the bank, I dialed the support line.
I dialed the number indicated on the back of the card, and having phoned for a while within the limits of decent, I get to the young lady whom I retell this story and ask the same question: what to do?
Got down, conferred, I hung on the phone.
And nothing.
The security service of the bank, those who send such SMS - do not seem to be interested at all. There was not even a desire to record the outgoing number from which the specified message arrived.
The bottom line is an offer to contact the police.
All in all, I am disappointed.
The lack of reaction to such mailings, clearly undermining the reputation of the bank, made a strange impression on me. I didn’t call any left numbers, I didn’t tell anyone the PIN, didn’t suffer any damage, I don’t.
And if he had behaved differently, and then discovered the empty bill, it would be clear that he himself was to blame. Inevitably, one starts to wonder if it is not the absence of the practice of banks recovering damages to the victims of card fraud causing such an indifferent reaction?
As for the police, there are two questions: to go - not to go, and if you go - with what?

I noticed that in the incoming SMS (I brought it verbatim), Sberbank was clearly not mentioned.
It is simply written in such a way that you can make such an assumption and not pay attention to it.
But nobody in Sberbank indicated this to me!
