Send PHP 5.4.1 and PHP 5.3.11

New versions of php 5.3.x and 5.4.x branches have been published.
In the update, the entire bias was directed to safety and stability,
~ 77 errors corrected (correct if incorrectly counted).


From enchantment:

• debugged mod_php on apache 2.4, now everything is good
• added support for createCollation in pdo_sqlite and the createCollation method itself
• Added open_basedir check for readline_write_history, readline_read_history methods

From fix bug: edits in PDO, Reflection, Session, SOAP, SPL, Streams, Zlib
