Yandex Cup in Ukraine or a ball for the dedicated
Only by my own stupidity, I did not win a laptop or, at least, Koss headphones . To win, it was enough to know that Ukraine is hosting the Yandex Search Cup on the Internet. And that he has serious problems with the organization. I knew, but I did not use the chance.
On August 30, the main site of the Yandex Cup showed information that the PR studio “The Game” had abandoned its initiative to hold a competition in Ukraine. Yandex decided to quietly hold the Cup on their own, so as not to spoil their reputation. Prior to this, the site of the Ukrainian Cup was constantly falling, as if thinking about whether it should be or not. The campaign was sluggish and quiet.
All this could not but haunt a very small number of participants in the Cup. There were 66 of them in total, of which in Ukraine (and only Ukrainian participants had the right to apply for prizes), as many as 36 people lived.
Without any training, taking part only in the last game, I took 15th place. Those. before the dozens awarded, I lacked only 5 positions. I am sure that any sufficiently experienced user of search engines, having practiced and taking part in all three games, could claim a place in the top ten.

Personally, I think I could hope for a place in the top five and substantial prizes. It was only necessary to seriously approach this project. Use your advantage in knowledge better boldly and without delay. I will have a lesson :)
