Festival of international multimedia creativity "Multimatograf"

This weekend in the wonderful city of Vologda will be held the 8th festival of multimedia creativity " Multimatograf ". Every year he gives joy to the residents of the city and everyone who comes to look at the work of participants from around the world and learn from master classes from leading experts in their field. The main events of the festival are an educational program, an exhibition, various shows and a gala concert.

This year, 183 works were sent, which is another record (that year there were 150). Geography: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Great Britain, Austria, Iran, Taiwan, France, Venezuela, Estonia. A total of 105 works were preselekt: 50 cartoons, 15 clips, 15 short films, 14 works in the “Game” nomination and 11 - in “Video Art”.
The total time of all work is more than 9 hours ! The jury noted the good quality of work, and a large presence of "kote" :)

It is known that according to the tradition Georgy Molodtsov (director, teacher of VGIK ), Alexey Prokopov (composer), Vladislav Severtsev (director and inspirer of the Audiovisual Academy), Mr Lupin (one of the most talented VJs in Switzerland ), Stereonoize (graphic designer, come to the festival ) VJ), Alexey Kotenochkin ( artist of Soyuzmultfilm studio , painted “Well, wait!” and “Carousel”), Argentine director Carlos Lazcano (winner of more than 30 international awards), Ivan Dembitsky, Alexey Dubrovin, Pavel Muntian and many others.

On the educational program will be revealed many secrets, some of the brightest:

1. Alexey Kotenochkina will share the hand-made animation production technique on the old Soyuzmultfilm in the pre-computer era
2. Carlos Lazcano will be talking about "A Shadow of Blue" (based on the analysis of his works, including the latest one).
3. OOO Viktorov and Partners will talk about “Preventing the illegal use of intellectual property” and “What to do if facts of illegal use are revealed”.

The festival will be held:

1. An exhibition of retro computers where everything can (need!) Be touched, used, played in old games.
2. 3D devices: transparent monitor, 3D printer, 3D TV.
