Technical support did not give absolutely no intelligible answer to the question why it happened so and why the automatic stop of the advertising campaign did not work.

You can talk about the results for a long time and why they turned out to be so pitiable. Bad ads, non-clickable pictures or the quality of teaser traffic. My subjective conclusion is that teaser ads are not suitable for distributing such a product. As a result, we received only about 5-7% of interested users who logged into the site and downloaded the program.
