This company has created software that allows you to track any smartphone with Wi-Fi, located nearby. New development called Navizon ITS (Indoor Triangulation System). This technology was developed last year, but the finished product was significantly improved, and now the company has shown the work of advanced software.

The developers claim that the new development is aimed at tracking smartphones with Wi-Fi inside the building or in a particular area. In addition, the software will be able to show the location of the found smartphones with Wi-Fi, the program can also “sign” any found object, since the Wi-Fi module has its own “signature”, which allows you to distinguish one module from another. Thus, the technology can be used, for example, in the hospital or on the floor of a company, by tracking which employee is located.

The developers claim that their program is able to determine a mobile device with Wi-Fi of any type, be it a tablet, an Android smartphone, a BlackBerry smartphone, or a Symbian-based phone. True, no data can be obtained at the same time, of course, and this was not intended when creating this software. The program performs only two functions - it determines the location of devices with Wi-Fi around you and allows you to identify devices if necessary.
