Scalaxy fails again

On the eve it was announced to carry out technical works with disk arrays on the night of April 21-22 .

However, from 4 am to the present, some of the servers in the cloud do not work.

Here is a staff comment :
During the night work, one of the pairs of disk arrays due to an error in the code responsible for the assembly of the raid, failed, which resulted in errors during the assembly of the raid. In this regard, some servers are currently unavailable.

Unfortunately, it is not specified when the problem is completely eliminated, and users are already beginning to worry about the safety of their data.
Technical support advises to just restart the virtual server in the control panel, but now the server refuses to start (status Fail) and goes into a cyclic reboot.

Just over a month ago, there was already a major failure in the cloud, which resulted in the inaccessibility of a large number of virtual servers.

Just received an answer to my ticket in zendesk:
We apologize for the situation, however , the server’s file system seems to have been damaged and there is no guarantee of its full recovery .

UPD2. Technical support answered finally - the server cannot be recovered, all data is lost.
