Development of software development on the technology of "cloud computing"

This is the name of the competition, which was held by the Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Small Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere. This competition supported 75 companies. Each project could count on 15 000 000 rubles for 15-21 months.

The amount is impressive. The fund was ready to invest as much as a billion rubles in startups.
It can also be noted that the projects were supported practically throughout Russia, from Vladivostok to Astrakhan.
Each startup was evaluated according to three criteria: deadline, cost, and quality of work (here is a set of different estimates).
It remains to wait about 20 months and maybe we will see interesting projects. Nevertheless, someone from 75 companies must do something that we cannot overlook.
