Astronauts, do not be offended by us!

Dear cosmonauts, astronauts and all-all-all, who designs, builds and launches rockets and satellites. Day April 12 is coming to an end, and we here at Habré never congratulated you properly. But you do not take offense at us, okay? We are, like you, people with a technical background and a mathematical mindset. We also explore space, although our space is not so huge and not as old as yours. But we created it ourselves! And in our space anyone can travel, and not just a stainless steel-forged cosmonaut who has gone through fire, water and a centrifuge.

We sometimes have to hear reproaches that we have stolen the dream of the stars from people, having replaced it with the illusions of the Matrix. But are we really to blame for the fact that mankind, having already gathered to step out of the limits of his own planet, suddenly found a whole new world, literally in his pocket, a world of computers and the Internet? Wasn't he worth it? In addition to the dream of the stars, people had a lot of dreams, just as magical and incredible. And many of them have come true. Come true to our efforts. Yes, and yours were not in vain - what would we do now without satellite communications, GPS and Earth images, from which we made great maps?

We will fly to the stars. We did not turn away from them, but simply took a breather. We pick the fruits that grow close, very close, and gather strength to reach far. The Internet has brought people together so that national borders mean less and less. Few people already believe that we have enough stupidity and cruelty to arrange a third world war. But building a base on Mars is much more comfortable, firmly knowing that the silly politicians behind your back are not bombing your house with fusion bombs. And robots? We have almost already learned how to make real robots. Even by the creepy sometimes! And oh how they come to you by the way! And navigation computers? ..

So, dear cosmonauts, with a holiday of you! We look at the stars and dream about them. Maybe we do not build rockets with you, but we are preparing the foundation for future space centers. Our little homemade computer universe is still useful to you in your big and real. Let's be friends with the cosmos!
