Kinect 2.0 will take into account the tone of voice and body position

According to Microsoft’s Kinect development team, the next generation of this device, Kinect 2.0, will take into account the tone of the voice and the position of the wearer's body when playing. Gameplay will automatically adjust to the current mood of the player, and his physical abilities.

For example, if a player is in a good mood, he smiles when playing, or even laughs, then Kinect will adjust the game so that it keeps the gamer in "tone", i.e. did not let him relax or lose his good mood. If a gamer is not in a very good mood, then the device and the corresponding software will set the toy to the minimum level of complexity, for example.

In addition, the software will track the number of hours that the gamer spent in the game, and in case of exceeding the norm, turn off the game console. But, probably, all this will be configured by the player himself, so that the prefix will not turn off the game on its own “desire”, if the user has not carried out the appropriate setting.

An interesting news is that the developers will allow players to go through their favorite toy without any special movements - Kinect 2.0 will be able to recognize the slightest body movements, and transforms them into a game action. As mentioned above, Kinect 2.0 can recognize voice commands more accurately, so the game should be even more interesting, because many functions can be controlled using voice commands.

And here, by the way, is a demonstration of the capabilities of the current Kinect connected to the 1929 body. Control is via a system with a MIDI synthesizer.
