Today IndexTank turns off all its servers

In October 2011, LinkedIn, a professional social network, bought IndexTank, a company that produces search technology. You can read more about absorption here .

According to the contract, today IndexTank ends its existence as a service.

IndexTank will be on Tuesday, April 10th 2012 at 4PM (Pacific). email support@indextank.com for questions.

First of all, it will be interesting to find out where such large projects as Reddit, Twitvid and Blip.tv will migrate.
Since IndexTank opened the sources of Indextank-engine, most likely these guys will raise search engines themselves.

For most clients, the alternatives at the moment are:

Separately, Sphinx Search and IndexDen can be distinguished from this list, since both of these products were developed by our compatriots.
