Hello! I am writing to you asking for help in updating the culture of behavior. Constructive comments or links to useful articles are welcome, it seems to me that many people have similar tasks 8)

My beloved ADV moved from an office / corridor office to open space. Of the benefits:
walking around the office is easier and faster
there were a lot of meeting places and places to stay
there was a lot more air (it became noticeably more square meters per person, plus higher ceilings and more windows)
In general, the feeling has changed, the company began to be perceived more and more mature
Of the minuses:
Leading developers say a lot on Skype (daily scrum, plus current issues with the client or developers from other cities).
managers go to the cluster of developers / designers and as a result it becomes quite noisy (although, we initially thought that we would send managers to a separate cluster and would be noisy there, and people who need to “think” will be quiet)
people out of habit, coming to work, shout to everyone “hello!” and if earlier 4-6 people were distracted by this, now 30-50 people.
Questions to experts:
How do you organize communication between managers and specialists so that it distracts a minimum of people?
How do you organize the work of timblids who need to talk a lot on Skype?
if there are more tips on improving the comfort of working in open space - I will be very grateful
