Setup of data exchange between WebAsyst and 1C UT 11

image I decided to write a small manual for connecting 1C Trade management version 11.x (hereinafter UT) to the script of the WebAsyst online store by standard means, as there is a clear lack of information.

At the office. The site has a detailed description of the connection for UT version 10.x, but it is radically different from the settings for the new version, since the 1C UT itself has significant changes. Be sure to read the section Configuring Shop-Script and do everything on your site that you are recommended to do there, otherwise errors may occur during synchronization. This manual is relevant for those who are just starting to set up a store and UT, roughly speaking, you are only opening your business on the Internet, although it may be useful to everyone who connects an already working site to UT.

In principle, the standard means of exchange are not quite perfect and some operations need to be done manually, but the basic synchronization functions are available and work, which is quite enough to start selling through the Internet. After setup, you will be able to unload goods (item with description, prices, photos), product groups, synchronize balances, receive orders from the store and issue them to UT.

Before starting the configuration, fill in the necessary UT directories (Organizations, Warehouses, etc.) that your organization uses. Next, make the settings as shown in the images:

These settings need to be done in the “Administration” section:

Do not forget to carry documents and change their status:

Now enable the integration with 1C in the WebAsyst script

Copy the data from the script to the UT exchange node (Script address, user, password):

Be sure to configure the data in the tabs “Unload goods” and “Order exchange”, only after that you can start synchronization:

In short, all you need to do to synchronize WebAsyst and 1C UT. After synchronization, in the store script, fill in the fields in the description of categories and nomenclatures, which unfortunately in the UT standard processing are not filled in and require manual input:

After you work with the standard exchange module, you can look for a more advanced solution for an additional fee. Good luck to you in the Internet business!
