Twittertape Machine - autonomous telegraph for Twitter

Geeks often do not very practical things, which, nevertheless, cause admiration of many of us. So here useless, but interesting device can be called a device in the style of steampunk, called Twittertape Machine.

The device does not require connection to a PC or laptop, the network cable is connected directly to the Twittertape Machine (there is an appropriate Ethernet connector). After a small setup, the device starts printing messages from the device owner’s account on paper tape. Checking new messages every 30 minutes.

The author of this development plans to create a couple more versions of Twittertape Machine, only more advanced than this prototype. According to Adam Vogen, the creator of the device, in the future support for a wireless connection to the Network via WiFi will be added. In addition, the ability to check your accounts in other accounts, for example, on Facebook, will also be added.
