Dear Habraludi!
Nigma.ru conducts a campaign for the free distribution of books on programming and system administration (see
www.nigma.ru/books.php ), in clause 4.5 of the Agreement with users it is written that Nigma does not distribute books that are supplements to the documentation on commercial products .
The number of such “undivided” books included books on C # like this:
')
CLR via C #. Programming on the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 in C #
The C # share in the Russian market is small, so Microsoft, earning more than $ 50 billion a year, allocates huge amounts of money to promote these technologies in Russia (for example, advertising on Habré buys) - which Nigma, of course, cannot allocate - and could I would like to pay books on C # to programmers myself, so we boldly decided that such books fall under clause 4.5
Please express your opinion about our decision in the survey (see the next post).
