The Moscow government has opened an
Internet portal for young Muscovites and their parents. The site is divided into 3 parts - for kids, schoolchildren and parents. The presentation was attended by the head of the family and youth policy department of the capital Lyudmila Guseva, the head of the city informatization department Alexey Mikhailov and the portal developers.
Design creepy. The site is made, for the most part, in Flash. Navigation is slurred. Content with errors and places is missing at all.
According to "Rossiyskaya Gazeta", only at the first stage about 40 million rubles were spent. True, the creators of the site say that about 70 professional authors were involved in the work on the portal.
I wonder who made this miracle site and where did the money go?
