Banim someone else's account on Free-lance.ru

It so happened historically that I had two accounts on Free-lance.ru. I used to start one one myself, and the other started my hired employee. None of the designated accounts was used, they were once once established, partially filled and abandoned, I broke up with a former employee a long time ago, but access to both accounts remained.
Today comes another letter from the service with the text:

We invite you to visit again Free-lance.ru
We noticed that you have not visited Free-lance.ru for a long time. Meanwhile, the site publishes about 40,000 projects per month, and the average project cost is 20,000 rubles. Surely, many of these projects will be interesting to you.

I must say they come periodically and probably can’t be turned off (the game with the combination of checkboxes in the account notification settings section did not bring the desired effect). Today I wanted to finally stop it. I saw two options:

1. Change mail to non-existent in nature (or someone else's) and forget.
2. Honestly cut accounts on the service.

I decided to try to act honestly.
After logging in, I knocked on an online consultant asking me to delete my account. The request was received normally, the mail received a notice of receipt of the application for deletion. Without a second thought, I continue the dialogue with the consultant and ask him, once this is the case, at the same time delete the second account and immediately write a login to the dialogue. Just write a login in the text of the message, without specifying any additional data about it. And then the fun begins! The consultant enlivens and the following dialogue takes place:

Q: - Please specify if you know that multiple registration is prohibited by the site rules?
Me: - Of course, but what does it matter in this case? Will you refuse to delete your account?)
To: - We ask to comment on your multiple registration, otherwise both accounts will be blocked and further communication will be conducted directly with the manager.

Then comes the lyrics, which does not contain any interesting things already, but nevertheless both accounts at this moment are successfully blocked (I see incoming mail notifications appear) with the wording:

You are denied access to your account on the site Free-lance.ru due to incorrect behavior.
Reason: Multiple registration of accounts. Violation of paragraph 1.4. Site rules

What do we have in the bottom line? But we actually have the following picture: an anonym through an online consultant admits that the service supports breaking multiple registration rules, calls account logins (publicly available information), accounts immediately go to the ban, and then probably account holders will have to prove that they are not reindeers .

Update: At the time of this update post, the administration of Free-lance.ru still took up its head - admitted errors, and my accounts were finally deleted.
