Today I would like to talk about the choice of location and business plan.

The following map was drawn up for choosing a place (later it will be uploaded to the public):
The existing pubs are marked in blue, the largest IT companies / universities of the city are red, the proposed bar locations are orange.
It is seen that the largest concentration of pubs in the city center, while the IT industry is concentrated in the north of the city. The greatest concentration of companies on the Petrograd side, when there are not so many bars there. In this regard, the choice of the intended location for the devbar is obvious - the Petrograd side. Perhaps the location in the center of the city, but I hope this can be avoided.
Suddenly, drawing up a business plan turned out to be very difficult. We, as true IT specialists, decided towrite a framework for automatic generation of a plan to donate this difficult matter to an outsourcing.
As it turned out, there is practically no data (statistics / market research), therefore, we decided to conduct our own, small research. A small questionnaire was compiled (12 questions), which we urge you to fill out. All results with a little analysis will naturally be available on our website in the near future (as well as all our further developments).
