Ubuntu Advantage subscription: now in Russia

The company "Flant" became the first agent of the Canonical partner network in Russia and announced the beginning of the sale of subscriptions to official Ubuntu technical support - Ubuntu Advantage.

Ubuntu Advantage owners receive technical and legal consulting support for Ubuntu Server and Ubuntu Desktop, as well as access to the IT infrastructure lifecycle management platform Landscape.


What gives Ubuntu Advantage?

• Technical advice in Russian on various issues related to the use of Ubuntu Server and Ubuntu Desktop. Problem solving in guaranteed time.
• Escalation problems. If a “difficult” problem arises (for example, requiring an amendment to the application code), it is transmitted to Canonical and solved there.
• Legal protection against licensing issues related to Ubuntu and its components.
• Landscape - a web interface to the centralized Ubuntu installation management system.
