First page of issue is not a guarantee of security

Many people are used to typing the word "VKontakte" in Google search instead of typing the address in the address bar, where addresses, by the way, are remembered. Why do people become so trusting search engines? The search process itself is associated with risk. It is like going to the woods to hunt: you do not know who you will meet, and what it can turn out to be. Another thing is its own greenhouse, where you can always find fresh oranges. If there is a greenhouse, why go to the forest for oranges.
Most believe that search engines do not lead to sites designed for phishing. I used to think so too. I have not yet encountered many (more than one) examples proving the opposite.
In the comments, they said that the antivirus program helps, so if you have one, the topic is most likely not for you.

Not to be unfounded, I will give a private example. Many book search results lead to sites that lead to phishing sites. Here is just one of them. The second search result for the query is Vernon Vid fb2 . In general, the result is not obliged to be the second, or in general, to be on the first page, therefore I will provide the link: " www.kodges.ru/42297-sbornik-knig.-vernon-windzh.html " I'm not sure that everyone should go there, because as a person who does not specialize in such things, I can’t say what it might threaten. Just in case, I’ll also provide the address of the phishing site itself, otherwise it’s just me,
"Youfiletuibes.m8oo.in/?r=2115&l=http%3A%2F%2Fletitbit.net
% 2Fdownload% 2F65aee92f52% 2FVindg.rar.html% 7Chttp% 3A
% 2F% 2Fdepositfiles.com% 2Ffiles% 2Fw8nvsmtpi% 7C & q =% D0
% A1% D0% B1% D0% BE% D1% 80% D0% BD% D0% B8% D0% BA
% 20% D0% BA% D0% BD% D0% B8% D0% B3.% 20% D0% 92% D0
% B5% D1% 80% D0% BD% D0% BE% D0% BD% 20% D0% 92% D0
% B8% D0% BD% D0% B4% D0% B6 ”(remove line breaks).
Why did I decide that the site is phishing? Accidentally looked at the address bar.
It is worth noting that this is not the only such case. To be sure, follow the other results of the same search.
Most interestingly, I used the Chromium browser with the latest updates, and phishing protection was turned on:

What is this specific phishing site for? Does it contain viruses? Why is the issuance of this still not blocked?
If you have any thoughts on these or other related issues, please express them in the comments.

In the meantime, we can conclude: always look at the address bar.
PS In a Google account, sites can be blocked here .
