Not easy to choose from simple

Ladies and Gentlemen! I come to you at the same time with the question and with a little sketch I have the following task: to buy a tablet for a young niece who would combine incongruous several qualities simultaneously. It is necessary that 1) it was more or less powerful, 2) worked on Android not lower than 3.x (because it got used to the mobile phone on the robot), 3) was not terribly outwardly, 4) would cost no more than 10 kilorubles. I see no point in paying more, because school, children, etc. I’ll warn you in advance that tips like “little girls don't need tablets” are no good :)

I googled a bit and found out that for such a price now you can buy only three tablets that meet the conditions: Explay Informer 701, TeXet TM-7025 and Archos 80 G9 Turbo. Plus, Prestigio MultiPad 9.7 Pro should appear soon.

Explay and texet are very pleased with the price, but they are not at all pleased with the 7-inch diagonal, the resolution and the weak iron. So I really consider only two options: buy Archos now or wait until the end of April and take Prestigio. And I tend to the second option, since First of all, I turned it a bit in CeBIT’s hands, and secondly, it’s cheaper for a couple of pieces (if it’s really worth 8k at retail) and (horror! Does I say that?) it looks like Aypad, therefore it is +100 to the karma of a 12-year-old girl. On the other hand, the Archos will be more powerful, and he has more memory. But on the other hand, the Multipad has an IPS-matrix and a kosher case in the kit ... And also: does a teenager need Bluetooth today, like eight years ago? .. In short, I'm confused :)

My main question is: who will advise what? I have little experience with low cost tablets because The “party policy” of our test lab provides mostly gadgets from the high-end segment. Thank you in advance!

PS If not right about only these models, correct.
