ipLex - electronic legal system of Ukrainian legislation
I am studying for a bachelor’s degree in the Odessa Law Academy and how much I remember myself in this role - I really didn’t have enough electronic legal help in my pocket. It seems not 82 year in the yard, and it was my responsibility to carry with you 3-4 pairs of books with you. Habr was full of news about the latest iOS / Android versions of pravo.ru and the toad to Russian colleagues was crushing me. But it was done, and the independent domestic product appeared - the legal base of ipLex, which, in fact, I want to tell about being its pre-release tester.
How many times to you on the street with a contrived article did the Psniki,% username% cling? How many tax officials did you not give a hard rebuff, deftly wielding quotes from legislation? The main motto of the developers is "Laws must work everywhere." This motto implies both its direct meaning and the fact that the client of a full-fledged version of the legal system works in Windows , Linux and MacOS environments. Trimmed portable versions work on Android , iOS and Symbian platforms.

As far as I can tell, the client is written on the basis of Chromium , due to which the developers managed to provide cross-platform. Although, I suspect that a lawyer with Linux in the afternoon with fire cannot be found.
The main stated feature of this legal system is that the legislative framework is not contained on the client side, but on the company's servers, thereby ensuring greater mobility and relevance of the query results.
The choice of chromium, taking into account the above two principles, is my respect.
The client searches not only by legal acts, but also by court decisions, which is an indisputable advantage for practicing lawyers. The first supported about 500 thousand documents, the second - about 6 million documents. Many different filters do their job.
In this version, the entire database is built into the client.
Supported on Android 2.1.4 and above, iOS 4.0 and above, Symbian S60 5th Edition and above. I use it on my HTC Sensation.
If we take into account that there are about 20 codified legal acts in Ukrainian legislation, then clevering up on pairs has become much easier. The trainers, who love the momentum: “ okay, who will quickly answer me where it’s indicated, will get the top five, well, well, faster ” take the storm by quick search. Just google from the phone soon begin to stutter from the nerves than to find what you want.
