REG.RU: time for change
Since the start of our beloved www.reg.ru almost 6 years have passed. During this time, the appearance of the site has changed many times. Today we decided to bring to your court, dear Habravchane, a completely new practical design. In addition, we want to tell you about the updated REG.Ticket tickets system, which was introduced on the site.
Let's start with the design.

The first.
The site has updated the entire navigation system, which made the search more intuitive and easier. The main menu is specially rendered by a panel line, when hovering over which a block with functions for certain services is opened. Thanks to the “Related Services” block, the list of all additional options has become as simple and accessible as possible.
The second.
There was a button “Need help?”, When you hover on the block that opens with the main links to the online help system, FAQ, Live-chat and a request to the support service.
Third.
The “Site Search”, “REG.RU Projects”, “Search in Whois Service” buttons and language selection changed their appearance.
Fourth.
Now all the offices of the company are collected in one pop-up menu. In addition to contact information, it is now possible to contact us if there is a desire to open a REG.RU office in any city in Russia. Call, we are waiting :)
The fifth.
When you hover the cursor on the "My Account" button, a window pops up with the main functions: "Start page", "My domains", "Hosting / servers", "My balance", etc.
In general, making changes to the design of our site, we were guided by the convenience for users. Now all services are available in full view.

We have made drastic changes to our ticket system. Now, thanks to REG.Ticket, contacting technical support has become simple, as “one, two, three”.
One: choose a category.
Two: select the required item from the list of suggested problems or “Other” (in case your problem was not on the list).
Three: describe the problem in detail.
That's all!
We make sure that all emerging questions quickly find the necessary answers. We hope you appreciate our work!
