Remote registration of SPD (FOP) in Ukraine

I decided to share my experience and leave the information in the form of a small article-hint on SPD electronic registration (FOP) in Ukraine. Since at the time of my registration I was the first to do this with the help of new technologies, I decided to take this responsibility upon myself.
It was in August 2011, and I needed to register SPD. One of my colleagues remembered the law of the “Electronic state registration of enterprises” that had come into force, and since I did not like the prospect of registering it by mail or going to the place of registration to my bureaucrats, I decided to try.
The list of things that we need:

Before, I didn’t even think about any EDS, so I had to look for certification centers and make a signature. I found several, the choice fell on Masterkey, in addition to everything, I called the support and there answered that the keys from there would fit 100% for my event. I spent about an hour on getting the key, and only because I got to around time for dinner and everyone was trying to run away somewhere. The certificate expires in two years, the cost of 100 UAH.
We call our registrar at the place of registration and find out the details for payment, with them we stamp into the bank and pay the standard 34 UAH for “state registration”, cashiers are usually in the know.
We find the scanner, we scan the receipt from the bank, TIN. Required in tiff format.

We choose activity on KVED. We study how to correctly fill in the fields, and other nuances according to a specially prepared instruction in pdf:

We attach the receipt and TIN to the application, sign it with a key, if everything went well, the program will give you an archive containing all the XML, your signature, document scans.
This is the final step in our quest. Go to the link http://reg.edr.org.ua/EdrRegService/ , see the form, choose your archive, download. Even at the stage of filling in the data in the program, you are given a unique identifier, with it you need to monitor the status of your registration.

And of course, then you still have to pay a visit in person to the pension fund and the tax fund, there’s already no EDS to help you. As an option to make a power of attorney for someone, for example, relatives and send them to sign for you and get everything you need.
