Personally, I, as a former power engineer, lack only insulators for them. With that, you can make something in the form of glass beads, and at the end of the hooks. Plus, for stability, it may be worth making the steel frame below, because wires may fall.

Now we are going to write a letter to the designer about the possibility of buying these “supports” from him :). In principle, such a thing can be done independently, you only need stainless wire (you just need to find it somewhere), and tin-silver solder (also a shortage).
