Let me remind you that now for any copying of “intellectual property” in the network they give 6 years in prison ( remember the Lopukhovs ). Six years in prison for copying one picture is absurd, not copyright protection. This position needs to be changed.

In a week, the OP can hold a special meeting on article 146, the result of which will be the development of recommendations to the government and their transfer to the presidential administration, the minister of justice and the minister of communications. Simply put, we will achieve our goal - the issue of torrents will be raised to the state level, a little more effort and using the Internet will cease to be a criminal offense.
