Mail.Ru Agent now has a web version.

The owners of the most popular in Russia mail portal Mail.Ru persist in improving their own IM client. Today they announced the release of the Mail.Ru Agent web version . The logic is clear: if you integrate this program into a web-based email interface, most users will never leave the site at all.

“Web Agent” is currently in “beta” status, and anyone who wants can join the testing. The program supports all the basic functionality of a regular client. In the near future, the list of features will be expanded - you will be able to send free SMS messages, use the alarm clock, send emoticons and cartoons to each other with flash animation.
To work with the web version of Mail.Ru Agent, you need any modern Internet browser (IE, Firefox, etc.) with JavaScript support and cookies enabled.
