All but 3 domain names were included in this list due to being in “Dictionary of profanity and obscenity expressions”, two (tsikrf.rf, tsentrizbirkom.rf) are blocked for registration after cancellation of registration, one (the only one from the entire list in the zone RU) , on the "... basis of the rules of 11.11.11."
