International Information Center "Elections 2012"
On the eve of the elections, in the very center of the capital, in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Ilyinka 6, an international information center was opened. On March 4 and 5, it will bring together representatives of Russian and international monitoring organizations.
The center of attention is a video wall measuring 12x3 meters.
It consists of three parts, the left and right simultaneously broadcast video from 72 polling stations, which change with a given frequency. The central panel is designed to display a close-up.
