The lack of Google support is a long-known problem, all support is provided through a forum where, at best, you will receive an answer in 3 weeks, and most of the questions remain unanswered.
But if you have Google Apps, you can get personal Indian enterprise support for free.
In the control panel (“Dashboard”) we go into account management (“Domain settings” → “Account information”).
We fill out and submit a form with any plausible data (it’s better to use the address of the United States so that YouTube doesn’t accidentally shut down).
The “Support” tab appears in the control panel: In it, you can open a ticket ("Open a support case"): Tickets are usually closed within a couple of days, the standard response time is 24 hours, although I was short and up to 3 days. The support is good, sometimes it helps to get around some corporate nuances (to confirm payment with a screen with soap, for example).

When you solve all the problems, it is better to return to the free version (“Domain settings” → “Subscriptions & Billing” → “Cancel Google Apps for Business” → “Downgrade to standard edition” → “Continue”). The procedure can be repeated many times, but please do not abuse.
