UPD: In general, it seems to me that the access to the cameras was opened on purpose. If I developed a system for organizing video surveillance of the elections, I would like to test it directly before the elections themselves. And to pretend that camera access is stolen is the best way to do it. Information spreads and the load on the cameras / channels increases.
UPD2: It seems the cameras did not survive the Habraeffect. What will happen in the election.
