It seems that the algorithms for analyzing patterns on Youtube fail. Worse, the current arbitration system does not allow for their correction.
Youtube-user eeplox
tells that he enjoys wildlife photography, usually in remote, deserted areas. He has such a hobby. He uploads the captured videos on his
Simple Living channel. Moreover, he does not specifically use any soundtracks, because he has heard about various
stories when even videos with the use of free music are removed from the Youtube site as a result of the absurd demands of the copyright holders.
But when the user uploaded his latest video with bird trills on Youtube, he received an automatic message that his plot uses copyrighted materials belonging to the
Rumblefish studio, and the corresponding caption and link to the Rumblefish studio will be placed in the video. Note that Rumblefish is a new-generation studio that specializes in
selling soundtracks for Youtube .

The outraged user challenged the request through an appropriate application to the studio Rumblefish, but
received the following response : "All content owners reviewed your video and confirmed claims regarding the content, in part or in full."
