I’ve been working with timeweb.ru for 3 years now. I currently have 4 accounts and 30-40 sites for them (this is from that I haven’t dragged from there yet and that is not particularly important).
The first year and a half of grief did not know, everything was fine, the support worked regularly and efficiently.
Over time, it became like in a fairy tale: “the farther, the worse” ...
At least once a week, and more often, sites slow down (unlike other hosting sites, where sites are automatically blocked for exceeding the allowable load, nothing is automatically blocked at timeweb.ru, you need to call support and report the load, there will be a look, and they will make a decision ... if they notice something ... Sometimes sites lay for several hours). Not once moved from server to server, but not a week or two passed, as the problems started again.
As customers grow, support has become worse and it takes longer to respond and it’s less important to value customers.
And recently, they have a new feature: independent blocking of accounts.
Like today, for example. Midnight, I remember that it would be necessary to scatter the balance on uchetku. I went in (just half an hour as the accounts were blocked), smashed the payment, turned them on (I have a partner account, that is, I manage the accounts), checked all accounts (because it was not once that you turned on the account, the panel was activated, and still do not work, so you have to double-check). In general, it all worked.
About an hour later I get a notification to the mail that the accounts are blocked for non-payment ... I go to the panel, the panel shows that everything is active. I go to the sites - really everything is inactive.
I call support, they say what is it? What kind of disruptions such and immediately understand. FIG! Recently, the support has learned to categorically declare "write a request through the panel." That is, they have failures, and I spend calories in the panel to climb and request to write, and wait for the appeal to be considered? .. And if I am on the road and I don’t have a chance?
In general, I do not advise using timeweb.
