Social integration with Calendar and Contacts applications. The built-in calendar uses information from social networks and makes it available anywhere and anytime it needs. Contact cards are also dynamically filled with updated information from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, a combined contact field is created.

Updated application BlackBerry Bridge. The BlackBerry Bridge is a unique application that provides a Bluetooth connection between the BlackBerry PlayBook and the main BlackBerry smartphone applications (including BBM, email, contacts, calendar, and browser) to view content on the tablet’s large display.
