WiFi / 3G routers or how to connect mobile

I decided to bring order to the Internet connection on mobile devices.
I looked for offers in Nizhny Novgorod, it may be useful to anyone.

So, my iron zoo:
- phone nokia e52
- iPad + 3G
- Ultrik from Samsung - wifi, bluetooth

Used:
- 3g on mobile, beeline
- 3g on iPad - MicroSimMTS
- in principle, there is a 3G whistle from MTS

The task is to minimize the number of pieces of hardware wearable with and to optimize the Internet access point.

So,
- I refuse the whistle to the Note immediately, uncomfortable, hemorrhoid, cumbersome
- to force the iPad to distribute wifi, it seems possible, once I found options, but before the implementation, I didn’t bring it, dancing with a double around a breaded ipad

The question arose whether it is possible to connect the service on Beeline and distribute via the mobile phone via Wifi or bluetooth Internet on the iPad and on the Note, on occasion.

from what I found at Beeline - two tariffs:
- 5 rubles per day and 1 Gig per month
- 6.5 rubles per day and two gig per month

I advised here a friend wifi / 3g router

- Beeline
went to the salon, the cost of 2K ruble, the rate of 500 rubles per month - 30 gigs

- Megaphone
1999rub, two months as a gift, plus 600r per set, 12 gig per month, then payment from 629 rubles per month and then becomes cheaper within 9 months to 350 rubles per month.

- MTS
1500rub, two months as a gift, plus a share - 750 rubles and three months for 15Gig are presented (we will have to remember this action only after a couple of months when the first “freebie” is over), and 650 rubles per month for 15yrg at maximum speed.
A plus for MTS is my home Internet, too, from them and 20% of home Internet payments fall on a linked mobile number.

stopped on the following:
1. I turn off the consumption of the current microsymbol for now, but I do not take out the SIM card itself, let it leave geolocation on the ipad
2. I connect the biline 2 gig for 210 rubles per month (I will look at how much is enough)

I will send the Internet via bluetooth to ultrakrik, via wifi to ipad (software 350 rub for nokia, which would be controlled to distribute wifi while using the free version of Joiku, it is unprotected))

if I consume more than 2 gig per month, apparently, I will take MTS-th wifi / 3g router
