Yii moved to github

We officially completely moved to GitHub . Moved all the code with the full history, as well as a tracker with all the tickets .

Many have asked for this and we think that this is the right move that will allow the community to fully participate in the development of the framework and accelerate the pace of its development.

Those using SVN need to update the URL to https://github.com/yiisoft/yii/trunk/ .
