At the same time, how much activity contradicts public interests, principles of humanity and morality, offends dignity and calls for the overthrow of power. “Ru-Center” can determine itself: “ In this case, the Registrar has the right to independently evaluate the User’s activities for violations of the law, including when the definition of such actions is not enshrined in regulations . "

As a bonus, the user is also prohibited to post information or software that violates the current legislation of the Russian Federation and / or the rights of third parties.
