In a few words
I wrote the book with good intentions. I had several of them. I wanted to make sure I understood all the classic design patterns myself. There are a lot of resources for this, but I decided to implement these patterns on my own and invent my own examples. Thus, starting from January 16, 2010, I wrote blog posts, which somehow aroused interest among readers. To make this contribution to programming more clear, I had a desire to release a small book that would become a collection of these blog posts.
