Many people remember the story of a million and how MegaFon lost a lawsuit , and then refused to prosecute such subscribers :


MegaFon refuses to prosecute those subscribers who, due to the specifics of the pricing system in international roaming, received information about the data transfer debt in roaming late and for significant sums. This means that we are withdrawing the filed and will not present new claims for the recovery of debts on the use of data transmission, formed when subscribers are in international roaming;

In 2009, I was also “stuck” in a similar story, and not through my own fault (my sister had my SIM card stolen with an advance payment system in Germany, and then they called many different countries for it. As a result, the balance went into a deep minus).
