What pisses me off at Opera ...

... so this is a strange distribution of settings scopes. Well, that is, if I select some “improvements” in the drop-down menu “Author's mode / User mode”, then they start acting on all the tabs, which strains immensely (for example, when the bugtracker performed on the tables starts to show the outlines of all elements - this is a big and unpleasant surprise if you quickly switched there from the window of the test site, finding a bug in the layout there).

At the same time, the button thrown (or hidden) on the Address Bar is a personal matter of this particular tab, where you did it, it will not extend to all other tabs. Sometimes even on newly discovered ones.

That's where the logic is? Shouldn't it be exactly the opposite?
