Dedicated to all lovers.
Product 18/12 “Valentine's Stroboscopic” is intended for non-verbal transmission of a message of sympathy to the opposite sex.
')
The product contains a power source, 8bit AVR microcontroller and a line of 8 LEDs. When the button is pressed, the microcontroller goes into a working state and within 30 seconds turns on and off the LEDs in a certain sequence. When a product moves, due to the inertia of vision, an illusion of a picture floating in the air is created.
The printed circuit board is made using
photoresist technology, but anyone can use
LUT
Any device starts with an idea. The idea is embodied in the drawing or in the model. For example in Eagle:
LEDs do not have current-limiting resistors, since in this mode of operation (short-term) and with battery power (internal resistance interferes), their absence is not critical. The microcontroller is in sleep mode, from which it cannot get out on its own (there is no quartz resonator), so the trigger is triggered by a RESET signal using a button.
Everything was done quickly, so many solutions are not as elegant as we would like. With proper skill to make the valentine will take a couple of hours. The archive has a circuit and a printed circuit board, if you wish, you can remake the valentine by mega in the DIP package, and to the usual 5 mm LEDs. Soldering and making the board will be much easier, but the dimensions of the thickness of the valentine will increase.
All parts are mounted on one side of the board, the battery holder is soldered gently with a thin sting in the gap between the board and the plastic.
Next, we make the PCB. We roll the film photoresist and print the photomask:
Exhibiting:
We show and get a mask for etching:
We poison:
Solder the elements and solder the temporary interface to fill the firmware in the MC. MGTF wire is gorgeous:
Scissors for metal and emery remove all unnecessary:
If you press a button and wave a valentine, you can see the image sewn into it. If you do this while taking photos with a long shutter speed, you can make a love light Graffiti
As far as possible, you can see the effect on the video, unfortunately in the recording it is worse than in reality:

It should be noted that the 18/12 product provides a strategic advantage over the humanitarian professions.
