PostgreSQL-events in September-October in Moscow

In the near future, several PostgreSQL events will take place in Moscow at once.

On September 19, Moscow, Postgresmen organizes an 8-hour seminar “Using PostgreSQL. Features of PostgreSQL in conjunction with 1C: Enterprise " . The seminar will be conducted by well-known PostgreSQL specialists, members of the PostgreSQL Global Development Group, developers of a large number of popular PostgreSQL extensions (including PostgreSQL patches used in 1C: Enterprise) Oleg Bartunov and Fedor Sigaev .

On September 21 in Moscow, the organizers of the Highload-2007 conference and the Postgresmen company will organize a 4-hour seminar on PostgreSQL performance issues. One of the founders and current member of Core Team PostgreSQL Bruce Momjian will lead the workshop . The seminar will be held in English with simultaneous translation into Russian.

September 24-25, Moscow will host the Highload-2007 conference. Bruce Momjian and Fyodor Sigaev will make presentations on various aspects of PostgreSQL performance .

On October 2, Nikolai Samokhvalov , technical director of Postgresmen , will speak at the conference dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the journal System Administrator , with a report “What's new in PostgreSQL 8.3?”

The Postgresmen company organizes a series of seminars on the use of PostgreSQL DBMS. On September 19, the first seminar of the series, “Using PostgreSQL. Features of PostgreSQL in conjunction with 1C: Enterprise ". Duration: 8 hours.
