Apple's claim to Samsung rejected in Germany

In general, this is not unexpected, although the result is desired by many. A German court in Düsseldorf dismissed Apple’s claim against South Korean company Samsung. The essence of the suit probably does not make sense to remind - as usual, this is a tablet similarity from samsung to a device from Apple. All this was considered for a long time, but the process came to its logical conclusion. Galaxy Tab 10.1 N tablet will be sold without any problems.

Apple has long been seeking to ban sales of this tablet (and some other Samsung models too) both in Germany and throughout Europe. As for other models, including the Galaxy Tab 10.1, their fate has not yet been resolved. But the modified model, Galaxy Tab 10.1 N will be sold in Europe. Perhaps this court order will serve as a precedent for other similar processes.

The decision of the German court said that the tablet Galaxy Tab 10.1 N does not violate any rights of Apple, and is a completely independent device.

Despite the fact that the court order is favorable for Samsung, this company still lost a lot of time, and now tablets from the South Korean giant are unlikely to be able to compete on equal terms with Apple tablets in Europe. Nevertheless, these tablets will occupy some part of the market, and it will happen, I think, very soon.
