Despite the closure of many co-working centers of the first wave and constant statements about non-profitability, co-working movement is more alive than all living. According to the leading coworking publication DeskMag, only from May to November 2011 the number of co-working centers in the world increased from
820 to
1100 . Russia is not lagging behind, and new places continue to open.

The area of operation is on the territory of the Smolninsky bakery, next to the Loft Project ETAGI and the club of the design and hand-made DeLa` Ruk. On 670 square meters there will be an open space for coworking, two event zones, a kitchen and two mini offices for small teams. AttentionTV educational portal, oneione architectural studio and the St. Petersburg editorial office of The Village Internet newspaper are planning to move to the Action Zone by the first day of the project.
