Second wave of coworking centers: Area of operation, Flacon Coworking, Dial
Despite the closure of many co-working centers of the first wave and constant statements about non-profitability, co-working movement is more alive than all living. According to the leading coworking publication DeskMag, only from May to November 2011 the number of co-working centers in the world increased from 820 to 1100 . Russia is not lagging behind, and new places continue to open.

The area of operation is on the territory of the Smolninsky bakery, next to the Loft Project ETAGI and the club of the design and hand-made DeLa` Ruk. On 670 square meters there will be an open space for coworking, two event zones, a kitchen and two mini offices for small teams. AttentionTV educational portal, oneione architectural studio and the St. Petersburg editorial office of The Village Internet newspaper are planning to move to the Action Zone by the first day of the project.

Prices. Fixed workplace costs 7,000 rubles per month, floating - 4,000 rubles per month. A club card giving access to all events will cost 800 rubles. Go

Flacon coworking is a two-level working hall of 300 square meters with the possibility of organizing working groups of up to 6 people. The center is located on the territory of the Flacon design factory, along with dozens of other creative projects.

The dial puts the main task of creating a cozy homely atmosphere without restaurant pathos so that people can temporarily relax from the insane vanity of a big city. In the “Dial” you can drink tea, good coffee. You can bring food and drinks. You can work, be creative, relax with friends, read a book, in general, do whatever your heart pleases with the exception of alcohol and smoking (you can smoke outside).
Now the Dial is deploying a national network, two points in Moscow and several more in the regions.

Prices. The first hour costs 2 rubles per minute, the further time costs 1 ruble per minute.
