Anonymous hackers have posted a record of negotiations between the FBI and the British Police’s cybercrime unit

The Anonymous group has been astonishing us for the past month. As the BBC reported, in January, hackers overheard a telephone conversation between FBI experts and Scotland Yard, in which law enforcement officers share information about Anonymous and discuss plans to arrest members of this group, including dates and evidence (almost a million YouTube viewers watched the video) :

The hackers also published fragments of emails from Scotland Yard and the FBI, where you can see the email addresses of all conference participants.

The FBI confirmed the interception of information and said that it was looking for the perpetrators. Scotland Yard’s cybercrime unit says the incident is under investigation.

A comment on one of Twitter accounts, AnonymousIRC , states: "The FBI, apparently, has long been interested in how we managed to read their official conversations."

BBC security correspondent Frank Gardner says that disclosing these records will be a big nuisance to the cybersecurity experts of law enforcement agencies in the UK and the USA.

According to disclosed information, the 17-minute conference call was held on January 17th. It is not clear how the group Anonymous received this record.

The mail was sent to law enforcement officers in the United States, Britain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Ireland and other countries, inviting them to "discuss the progress of the investigation of the activities of groups Anonymous, Lulzsec, Antisec and others."

Also on Friday, hackers of the Anonymous group took control of the websites of the Greek Ministry of Justice, which resulted in the Greek administrators closing the site.

The hackers said that the cyber attack was a protest against the fact that Greece had signed an agreement on the protection of copyright, and against the actions of the Greek government during the economic crisis. The ministry’s website was replaced with a video in which a man in a white mask supporter of Anonymous says: “A democracy was born in your country, but you killed it.”
