Kaspersky: problems with database updates, antiviruses are disabled

Today I discovered that my Kaspersky 2012 was disconnected (protection suspended) with messages in different places that my license was disabled and indeed the bases were damaged. I went to the office on the site my.kaspersky.com where I read the following message:

Currently, there is a general problem with updating anti-virus databases. Work is currently underway to restore the serviceability of the update service as soon as possible. Please try to roll back the anti-virus database and wait a few hours before updating again. In case the database rollback is not performed, temporarily ignore the error message and try to re-update after a few hours.

Since the message does not say how to roll back the databases - I give a link to the instructions .

If you have previously tried to update the database, instead of the specified button with a dropout, you will see the Stop button, pressing of which does not immediately lead to an action, but after a few minutes it will turn into the same as the video and you can roll back the bases.
')
After a rollback of bases, the work of the antivirus is restored, but I’m not risking updating again.
