PHP 5.2.4

This version fixes a large number of different errors , incl. security related. Also noteworthy is the inclusion of the PCRE 7.2 library in the package and the improved interaction of the oci8 extension with newer versions of Oracle. Anyone using PHP is recommended to upgrade immediately.
