Today, the last test of the IT Challenge Round is held in the framework of the international student competition Imagine Cup.
The test itself consists of 30 questions that must be answered in an hour. Questions are devoted to the administration of Window networks. Questions of different levels of complexity, but I’m a person very far from administration in 20 minutes correctly answered 11 of 30 questions without using search engines.
But, I promised the statistics ...
The participants.
In the past
5 tests ,
2698 people from
69 countries took part.
The largest number of people (1280) took part in 4 tests.
')
By the number of participants, the distribution by countries is rather curious:

The first two positions are quite expected, and India and China have a huge number of students and a desire to earn intellectual work.
Russia takes the
honorable (???) 9th place . Moreover, students from fraternal
Ukraine turned out to be
5 times more active (Apparently, the next visit to recruiters from MS should be sent there).
Results.
The maximum number of points according to the results of 5 tests for a participant from Romania who scored
26 points out of 30.For some reason, it is believed that if students in Russia are lazy, but they are still smart. However, the following two diagrams do not confirm this.
For the same 10 most active countries:

The average score was calculated as follows: for each of the participants I took the maximum score for 5 tests, then with these points I considered the national average.
The maximum score in our country is 21. Ukraine - 23.
Total
Statistics, to be honest, somewhat sad, because it says that students in Russia are not too eager for knowledge: either by limiting themselves to one platform (hello to heterogeneous networks), or by frankly lazy testing their knowledge and learning something new.
However, today there is still time to correct these terrifying statistics:
