New Year's holidays are over and spring and new holidays are in line!
On the eve of February 14, February 23 and March 8, Microsoft, with the support of Nokia, is launching a competition of holiday apps for Windows Phone.
Write a mobile application for Windows Phone with the theme of the upcoming holidays and get a cool prize - Nokia Lumia 800 smartphone as a gift! The authors of the best applications will also receive a promotion recommendation for Russian Windows Phone users, including during the holidays!


The time of the competition: January 25 - March 12, 2012. According to the results of the competition 5 winners will be selected in the following nominations:

• The most popular application in the Russian Marketplace to St. Valentine's Day, February 14;
• The most popular application in the Russian Marketplace to the Defender of the Fatherland Day, February 23;
• The most popular application in the Russian Marketplace to the International Women's Day, March 8;
• The most popular student application in the Russian Marketplace (among the participants registered as students);
• The largest number of applications created by one participant.
