OilRush - real-time strategy from Russian developers from Tomsk.
Today was the release of versions for Linux, Mac OS X and Windows.

The game is a mixture of real-time strategy and Tower Wars genre: you control the development of offshore platforms: oil-producing and producing, as well as their defense by creating defenses, while attacking enemy platforms from the sea and air. An additional variety of strategies brings advanced technology tree.

In terms of the setting, the game resembles the film “The Water World” - a flooded world after a global catastrophe, in which few survivors fiercely fight for the remnants of the available resources.
